Cavendish & Gloucester Plc commissioned 5and3 to research, brand and market 'The Wintles' property development. A development of three, four and five bedroom energy efficient and sustainable homes.
Our client provided us with detailed specifications for the properties and the eco-friendly features of the development. We felt that this was not sufficient enough for
us to deliver a valued solution so we set about visiting the development and local town (Bishops Castle), to gain a more in depth understanding for the development.
Following our research, we produced three conceptual ideas for the brand and brochure, one of which was chosen and developed to the finished version that you see here.
Prior to the brand logo being chosen, the logo embodied a butterfly to promote the abundance of wildlife surrounding the development. Following various discussions,
the brand logo was developed further to embody a 'bee', which resonated with the beekeeping and honey making facilities of the development.
The brochure itself, printed with vegatable based ink onto 100% recycled paper stock, was designed and produced to embrace the environmental features of the village.
The development and local area photography was commissioned and copywriting was directed by 5and3's creative team.
Printed in four colour as a 16pp brochure with capacity pocket to house property floor plans,
the brochure was completely recyclable and environmentally friendly. Each property floor plan was individually created and colour coded to match the development's
site plan, for purchaser convenience.
To accompany the brand and brochure, a series of adverts and window cards where designed and placed into the windows & magazines of local estate agents. Branded signs
where also designed, produced and erected for the site entrance.
To complete the brand and marketing suite, we then designed, developed and hosted a brochure website. The design, photography and content adhered to the printed
brochure, and extensive search engine optimisation (SEO) was given in order to promote the development.
We delivered a solution that was on brief, on time and within budget. This is evident with all properties in phase two of the development being sold.
