Branding, photography, floor plan, brochure design and signage for Chesham House, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in Epsom
The Brief
Chesham House is a redeveloped Grade II listed building in the heart of Epsom, converted from offices to modern and contemporary two bedroom apartments. We were commissioned to create a brand, brochure and launch signage that evoked the contemporary style of the apartments in time for the development launch day.
The Result
The Brochure and signage was delivered and erected in time for a successful launch weekend, resulting in the sale of a few apartments (subject to contract) on the day. Our creative team worked closely with our client Montreaux Developments to deliver a contemporary brand and brochure design, that encapsulated the essence of the Grade II listed building by utilising the Lion's head that's displayed above the original entrance door.
The brochure oozes class and a contemporary style, with quality photography, whilst displaying the vibrancy of the local town centre that is just a short walk away.
