The Apex: Contemporary one and two bedroom apartments
The Brief
Montreaux developments contacted 5and3 to create a brand and brochure to market a development of apartments in Reigate, targeted towards investors and first time buyers.
Our Solution
We designed a stylish, vibrant and contemporary brand logo for the young first time buyer and investor market, with hoarding that spanned around the outside of the development.
Collaborating with our client Montreaux, we crafted a sophisticatedly designed newspaper style brochure, to showcase Reigate as a potential area for investment.
Working with Montreaux, we produced snippets of content for both investors, by means of property and rental statistics, as well as information for first time buyers.
No property brochure is complete without showcasing and selling the property. With both finishing schedule, floor plans, property CGI and example interior photography, accompanied by a detailed map of the Apex's central location to Reigate town centre, we produced a wonderful newspaper piece that was delivered to cafes and train-stations in and around Reigate.
